What happens if the ordered product is not available?
Delivery of certain branded items may not be possible/delayed under certain un-controllable circumstances such as product is not available in the market or discontinued by the manufacturer. In such cases, similiar product, nearest to description shall be delivered. Conformance would be seeked from the customer for the same through email.

What happens if there are no one at delivery address during delivery?
If there is no one available at the shipping address (to accept the delivery of your order) at the time of delivery, the order will not be considered late. Hence in such cases, no refunds, cancellations, liability can be made.

How much are the delivery charges?
Delivery / Shipping is based on the Invoice value. You will be able to confirm for order value greater than Rs. 1,000/- only. For Invoice value more than Rs. 1,250 and less than Rs. 5,000, the delivery charges is 8% of the order value. For Invoice value greater than Rs. 5,001, the delivery charges is 7% of the order value.

What is the estimated delivery time?
The estimated delivery time may differ depending on when and how you buy the product in Nuts 'n' Spices. Delivery for the metropolitan cities will be 3 business days. The delivery for other regional areas will be 5 - 7 business days. A business day does not include Saturdays and Sundays.

How will the delivery be done?
We process all deliveries through reputed logistics partners.

What about warranty and hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc.)?
There are no taxes except Octroi Charges.

What are the available refund options?
If NUTS 'N' SPICES is unable to deliver your order, then complete refund will be made. We shall not be liable for any other charges, loss of profits, emotional stress or any other liability etc caused due to non-delivery.
We do not take responsibility, if the delivery is delayed or not delivered by the vendors because of the bad weather or any other unexpected circumstances. However, for such orders, we refund 100% of your money.

Does Nuts 'n' Spices deliver to international destinations?
Nuts 'n' Spices will not deliver to international destinations as of now. But you are very much, welcome to buy a product and gift the same for your friends and family in India.
